Annie is a gorgeous recent graduate from Lafayette High School. She comes to us via recommendations from wonderful clients/friends of ours. You may remember my earlier post this year about Carly’s senior pictures. Annie and Carly are good friends and they were actually born on the same day, at the same hospital by the same doctor. Wow, how rare is that?!? I doubt many of us can say that. Annie had a wonderful session in the studio and on location at Keeneland.
Okay, just bare with me for a few moments while I ramble on a bit. As you know, some of our clients that we have photographed since birth have a special place in our hearts. We have photographed two of such seniors this fall and Carly is one of them. Many of you will recognize her from our website over the years and her portrait hanging right here in our studio. Also, she was honored as one of White, Greer and Maggard Orthodontics models that we photograph. If you have a child in school most likely you have seen her picture in ads in school publications across central Kentucky.
It's so exciting to watch children from birth to adulthood. We first met Carly and her mom when Carly was just a baby and have always loved photographing her. It's an honor for us to be chosen as a familys' family photographer and we feel so much a part of their lives.
Now that the brag-fest is over let me tell you a little about Carly. She is a senior at Lafayette High School and is on the golf team. She has plans to attend the University of Kentucky next fall and major in education. Of course, we wish her all the best.

You may have seen this young lady on our website or in our studio. Mikayla's photograph hangs here in the studio with her younger sisters. We have been taking Mikayla's family photos since she was eleven years old. Little did we know at the time what a beautiful, wonderful and kind person she would grow up to be.
I love to watch the children of the families we photograph grow up and we appreciate that they make us a part of the special times in their lives.
Mikayla chose to have her high school senior portraits taken in the fall to take advantage of the wonderful fall colors.
Mikayla will be going to college right here at the University of Kentucky. Go cats!
