I’m pleased to be showing you some of Caroline and Ben’s wedding pictures. Scott and I have known Caroline and her family for many years because they are a part of our special church family we have at the Second Presbyterian Church. We have known Ben as well for many years because he and Caroline were part of PL Dunbar’s Marching Band and we have had the honor of photographing their marching band for over ten years. So, you can imagine how excited we were to learn that they were getting married.

We had a beautiful Kentucky day for this wonderful occasion.

Jacob was the star of many pictures.

I felt that special “something” that you feel when two people that are so in love and are getting married. I could feel the love from their parents as well as their family and friends. A truly special day.
We began photographing this couple at the Carrick House and then made our way over to Gratz Park. This fun loving couple along with a gorgeous day made for some awesome wedding photographs. My best, Valorie

Excitement was in the air for this young couple’s wedding. Scott has been photographing the bride and her family for many years and it’s always an exciting time for this kind of momentus occasion. It makes us think back when she was a child and watching her grow up and now to see her start a new journey in her life. It’s an honor to be asked to be a part of a special occaision such as this and we know Sam and Chris will have a wonderful life together. Our best Scott and Valorie

It was a beautiful day to photograph Amber and Michael’s engagement sitting. I met them at Keeneland for a pure Kentucky feel to their photos. They were great to photograph which has me already looking forward to photographing them on their wedding day. Scott

Do you know someone that always has a smile on their face? I have to say that is Julie. Scott and I have known Julie for many years and in many capacities…a client, a mom, director/teacher and now as a bride. She and Pablo were absolutely glowing with happiness on their wedding day. Best wishes, Valorie
We all have people around us that we admire for one reason or another. Allison is one of those people. I’ve known Allison and her family for many years and have watched Allison work hard to become become a doctor, not just any doctor she and her father are my dentists. She is absolutely amazing in all aspects of her life. I couldn’t have been more happy when I met her fiance (now husband) Tony. I could see why her face lit up every time she spoke of him. Here are a few pictures from their special day. Scott

Molly and David chose a one-of-a-kind Guest Book for their wedding. The cover is a silk brocade “Mimosa” with a beautiful pattern and a lovely texture. The right facing pages have a collage of images from their engagement sitting and the left facing pages were intentionally left blank for their guests “best wishes”. Valorie

It never gets old when your work receives a special honor no matter how long you have been a professional photographer. This is especially the case with Scott, he was surprised when the Professional Photographers of America chose one of his images for a full page spread in their magazine. The image chosen has won many awards state, regionally and nationally. Scott won “Court of Honor” in the wedding division on the state level and it went “Loan” on the national level. “Loan” is a prestigious honor in which his image traveled globally in an exhibit.
I feel fortunate to be married to such a talented person as Scott and even better, I get to work with him everyday! My best, Valorie

From the moment Scott and I met Allison and William they have been a joy to work with. Scott photographed them in the studio and at Waveland Museum State Historic Site for their engagement sitting. They are both naturals in front of the camera. I know there wedding pictures are going to be great too. My best, Valorie

Beautiful couple, beautiful location, getting ready for a beautiful wedding. I met Ann and Kevin at the her parent’s home for their engagement sitting. Engagement sittings serve two purposes. Of course, the main reason for the couple is announcing their wedding to family and friends. Mine is to get to know the couple better before the “big” day. I always appreciate these opportunities.
As you can see from these images I’m going to get some fantastic pictures on their wedding day. Scott
